In brief
Surety Care offer specialist accommodation for young people aged 12-17 who require care and support in a home environment. We provide a psychologically and physically safe environment, a secure base, for young people to grow. First, and foremost, this is their home.
Where are we
Our children’s homes are located in an attractive part of the Derwent Valley, on the edge of the Peak District between Matlock and Bakewell. Conveniently situated near the local community which offers a wide range of facilities which our young people can access.
What we do
Our care and support are delivered through a comprehensive Psychologically Informed framework that melds the best of research, good practice, legislative standards, and, most importantly, what young people and families tell us they want.

What our homes offer
Dale View
Our small, homely service at Dale View is designed to support young people who present with mental health, social, emotional and behavioural problems.
Derwent View
Derwent View is a small, specialist home for young people with more complex needs and associated challenging behaviour and heightened risk profiles (e.g. self-harm, aggression, absconding, vulnerability)
